Jason Lanyard

Since entering the business in 2005 and subsequently founding the Lanyard Grandelli team in 2008, Jason has attained an encyclopedic and highly nuanced knowledge of New York City real estate to analyze and accurately project the value of his clients’ investments. Jason’s guidance and authentic passion for real estate earned him a trusted and loyal following from A-list buyers, sellers and investors. Jason’s focus on the minute details and painstaking analysis of data, along with the unequivocal commitment to the interests of clients set him apart from a largely transaction-focused brokerage community. A resident of the Upper East Side, Jason is a graduate of Princeton University and the Royal Academy of Music in London.

When marketing a property, Nicole is known for her ability to step outside of the box and create a fresh approach to allow the property to shine. Formerly an analyst at investment bank Natixis, Geo brings a unique skill set that echoes Lanyard Grandelli’s core approach to residential real estate as an asset class. His extensive experience in managing debt portfolios and crafting sophisticated financial models enables the team to provide their clients with unrivaled insights and data when it comes to purchasing and projecting the value of real estate. Geo is exceptionally proficient with comparative market analyses, cash flow projections, and reports on financing and market conditions. Geo oversees the team’s transactions in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, spanning all residential property types. A resident of Gramercy, Geo is a graduate of Polytechnic University.
